Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of Sg Casino accessible via the domain sg-aussie.com and set out the legally binding conditions for your use of the website, games, products and services offered there. Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

    • these general Bonus Terms; and

Maximum Liability

  • Cap on damages: Subject to any non-excludable rights you may have under Australian consumer or other applicable laws, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Services shall not exceed:
    • the amount of the relevant bet or wager that gave rise to the dispute; or

Right to Amend
